Metralleta (DJ)

From the heart of the Colombian Pacific to the most vibrant sounds of Africa and the diaspora, Angela Blackburn aka Metralleta‘s set is a journey through the energy of Afro-Latin and electropical music. With a selection that blends tradition and modernity, she creates a positive, danceable, or serene atmosphere depending on the occasion, filled with joy and celebration. A DJ, programmer, and cultural producer based in Barcelona, she takes music beyond the dance floor, highlighting stories and Afro-descendant artists through her other project, Cultura en Vivo. If music is identity and celebration, her set is a tribute to the diversity of our roots.

Mogambo Live
Wednesday 26/03
19:00h
Mogambo Live was born from the creative explosion of Quico Rodríguez in 2019 when, after performing several solo concerts using keyboards, trumpet, and loops, he decided a year later to bring his best friend and drummer, Òscar Pardo, into the project. With this new addition, Mogambo Live’s performances gained more organic energy and strength. The sounds produced with legendary synthesizers blend with the groove of the drums, melancholic trumpet melodies, and all kinds of improvisations. Mogambo Live will soon present their work “Kyrós”, which is deeply inspired by the world of analog and digital synthesizers, organic rhythms, and the power of brass instruments.
